Traceability

ITIS’s E-commerce system controls goods from the moment they arrive at our warehouse until they are delivered. It can trace material source,IQC, storage, OQC, picking, packing, and delivery.

Supplier Management

In accordance with AVL regulation , ITIS implements rigid estimation in supplier approval process.

IQC Process

Upon arrival of ICs at our warehouse, incoming quality control will be conducted on each batch of goods. Here is the process:

1. System notify the arrival of goods

2. Procurement team submit stock application

3. QC inspection

4. QA approval

5. System automatically dispatch lCs to proper location

6. Stock-in finished.

Third Party Inspection

To combat the global rise of counterfeit electronic components, despite tests by IQC, we also worked with famous 3rd party laboratories such as White Horse which can provide both buyer and seller with functionality and authenticity Report upon integrity and independence.
